All tracks were made during the night time in early quarantine. They have helped me heal and process stress. I hope it can do the same for you.

Recommended listening methods:

-laying or sitting in extreme comfort, while the sun is down, with intention to heal. A journal or sketchbook nearby in case of spontaneous and intuitive understandings of self arise. Descend into vast and cloudless but oceanic understandings of the cosmos.

-Continuously flow into the everlasting oneness through dance and conscious love. Only stop when movement becomes silence and the flow goes.

-Concentrate on body and mind not as two, and certainly do not concentrate on the soul being one. Do not do anything, Listen.
